いまの業務を可視化し、AIが組み込まれていないプロセスを洗い出し、ゼロベースで組み直す。 Map the current work, surface processes lacking AI, and rebuild from zero.

要件整理 Requirements

なぜ作るのかを深く問い、不要な開発を防ぐ。作らねばならない理由から逆算する。 Ask deeply why we're building. Reverse-engineer from the reason it must exist.

実装 Implementation

AIオペレーション前提の実装。少ない人数で回る業務基盤を構築する。 Build with AI operations as the premise. A foundation that runs with very few people.
